Water, Water, Water, Ketones, Water, Water, Water

This is my exaggerated way to say that if you are going to drink ketones, you  must increase your water intake daily.  At first I found this difficult to do until I discovered a simple concept - use a straw. Duh, I drank more water when drinking with a straw. Then I discovered the bomb of all straws - stainless steel ones.

Thank goodness the ketones I'm drinking taste good.  I've tried products in the past that you had to make as a smoothie and add in all kind of crap just to make it drinkable.  This is not the case with KETO//OS or the Max version. Now that I've surpassed my personal 60-day challenge, I wake in the morning and drink Orange Dream ketones in 16 ounces of water. Then around lunchtime (or slightly after), I drink the Maui Punch max.  

I drink caffeinated versions of the drink (note both flavors have a decaffeinated option) because I want the energy. Since I gave up my coffee in the morning and my daily regimen of unsweetened tea, my body is thoroughly satisfied with this combination.
